As a boutique, scalable law firm, Tanenholz & Marr is able to oversee the entire discovery process at a significantly lower cost than traditionally possible. While the common practice of engaging staffing agencies to perform a managed review can be appropriate, if a client seeks document review and discovery services with built-in legal oversight, Tanenholz & Marr offers just that. This distinction allows us to minimize much of the hours that go into document review, as neither corporate nor trial counsel are required to spend time on legal oversight and quality control of our review teams. It also means that a client’s discovery is in the hands of the same legal team for the entire duration of the review, from first-pass through final privilege.

We have been performing high stakes document reviews since 2006. Our specialty is designing and implementing superior, cost-effective document reviews using our cutting-edge best practices in workflows, quality controls, metrics tracking and reporting, and the leverage of technology.
Advanced Review Projects
We can also assist with additional second level projects beyond the initial review, such as privilege logs and redactions, key and hot document reports, and other factual development projects, such as witness binders, document analysis memoranda, and chronologies. These items are charged at our standard hourly rates.
eDiscovery Services
In addition to our managed review services, we also offer full end-to-end eDiscovery services including data collections, processing, hosting, and productions. We partner with technology vendors to provide secure data storage and technical services, and we coordinate and manage the whole process.
