We are thrilled to introduce you to our new Operations Manager, Lauren McCary! Lauren joined Tanenholz & Associates in March of 2023. With a passion for strategic planning, team leadership, and operational efficiency, Lauren believes that this role perfectly aligns with her current and future career goals and is excited to grow in this role for many years to come.  

Lauren started her professional career as a Litigation Paralegal, so she is well versed on what it takes to work with a team of attorneys. In 2015, Lauren took a break from the legal world to pursue entrepreneurship. She co-owned Shady Grove Strength where she honed her skills in project management, customer relations, and organizational development. In 2022, Lauren made the decision to return to the corporate world and pursue a career in Operations Management. 

As the Operations Manager at Tanenholz & Associates, Lauren’s contributions have been invaluable. She possesses an innate ability to lead and inspire her team, fostering a positive work environment that promotes collaboration and innovation. Her confident and capable nature has allowed her to take the initiative on numerous crucial projects, driving the company’s growth and success. 

Working alongside Managing Partner David Tanenholz, Lauren has quickly become an indispensable member of the leadership team. David is absolutely thrilled with her hire and thoroughly enjoys collaborating with her.  

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys staying active in and out of the gym. On the weekends, Lauren can be found enjoying a good cup of coffee, going for a run and spending time outdoors with her husband and four-year-old son Silas.
