Is Your Team Ready? Ours Is.

Rockville, MD — Did you receive an email from a panicked client about their need for a quick document review? Did your client receive an adverse discovery ruling mandating that they produce documents post haste? Did your discovery partner drop the ball and leave you stranded with tens of thousands of documents to quickly review?

Whatever the reason is that you have a last minute urgent need for review of your client’s documents, the team at Tanenholz & Marr is ready to jump in and assist.

Our Associates are accessible to Firm management around the clock, even while they are between matters. However, while tethered to Teams, we recognize that our Associates have personal and professional obligations that may not always fit neatly into a traditional 9-to-5 schedule. Because we support clients across the country and across multiple time zones, we have built a flexible, results-focused culture that allows our Associates to perform at their best while remaining responsive to the Firm and our clients.

Our Associates are generally available at a moment’s notice during normal business hours, whether they are actively working on another matter, engaging in professional development activities, or handling personal obligations. They also know that they can attend family functions, run errands, see to medical appointments, or adjust their schedules as needed while remaining accountable to the Firm and client demands. We recognize that this flexibility is not only important for the health and well-being of our Associates, but also helps us maintain a highly responsive team capable of quickly pivoting to new matters.

We also recognize that your client’s demands come to you at all hours of the day and night. So we have instituted a notification system for our Associates where, outside of normal business hours, we have a modest minimum number of hours between when we are advised of an incoming imminent matter and when we actually launch that matter for active review. This gives our Associates the flexibility to manage their schedules while also being accountable to the Firm and your client.

So, who will you call when you have a last minute urgent document review need?

An agency that may have a stable of potentially available and willing contract reviewers?

Or Tanenholz & Marr, which has a team of seasoned Associates ready to pivot to your client’s matter within a few hours of your first contact with Firm management?

Feel free to reach out to David Tanenholz or Charles Marr to further discuss your urgent (or not so urgent!) discovery and litigation needs.
