Biography
Scott joined Tanenholz & Marr as an associate in 2024 with over 8 years of experience in civil litigation, including 4 years of focus in the eDiscovery field. With his experience, Scott is familiar with the ins and outs of litigation working directly with clients both drafting and responding to discovery requests as well as preparing materials for depositions and court appearances. Scott has handled a wide range of eDiscovery reviews from federal investigations by government agencies to discovery in large-scale class action litigation, applying his skills on first and second level reviews, privilege log creation, and quality control.
Originally from the state of Florida, Scott received his B.A. in History and Political Science from the University of Florida before moving to Washington, D.C. and receiving his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
